Did you know that you can mix perfect pearls with water and make paint? I've been experimenting with this the past couple of days and I love it. I had to show you these even though the picture quality isn't that great. Kathi, I was using green from the jewel set that you asked about in an earlier post.

oh dang Ru....what a great tip/trick with the PP and water. And...I am going to have to get that jewel set just for the green :) Those are beautiful leaves and flowers using that technique!

I've been super interested in surface effects ever since I got Donna Kato's book and this technique is really calling to me!
Wonder if it would work as well to use PearlEx mixed with gum arabic and water? Hmmm...
