Flora bead set with leaves

This is my first try at making leaf beads to go with the flora beads. They look a bit clunky to me, so today I'll try something else. Also, not sure about antiquing and gilding them...they look nice just as they are.

And here is one of the focals from last post with matching capped lentils.

As I said in flickr...these are my new favs! I love them. As far as gilding....I can see a little. You do it so well and so subtley and it always adds something I didn't know I wanted!!!! Or make another set like them and try it! I wish I lived next door!!! :)

Oh fabulous, Barb! I agree with Kathi, maybe a touch smaller so as not to take away from the focals but otherwise fantastic!

I always look forward to seeing what you do next!

mmmmm beautiful... I specially love the gilded set...

Is there any kind of gloss on the flower or the bead caps where the gilding is?
