Before paint...

I needed to take a picture of this set before any paint or antiquing application. I want to learn to limit how much paint I use as I tend to get way too engrossed in it and then it's too late! I can always add more paint later and like they say anyway "less is more!" Another thing I always say to myself as I work is "keep it simple, stupid!" *g*

I also thought I would show you a few pictures of what my clay table looks like at the moment...

Hi Barb!!! Jeez, now I think these are my favs. Each one you post just sends me! I love them all! I love the colors in these...is there a little purple in there?
Also...someone on PCC was looking for a pillow tute so I tried to send her to yours but it doesn't work. Did you take it off? If so, it's a loss to all of us and I hope it was only because you felt like it and not because of all the BS floating around.

Nope, it's still there girl. And, ya know...there will always be the BS...heaven knows I've had my share :o)

Check flickr if ya wanna see the beads finished. There is the tiniest bit of purple clay and then I added some purply paint too. I really loved them before paint, so I'm going to try on the next set to use hardly any paint at all.

Thanks for your support Susan, I can't tell you how much it means...

Hey Barb! I bought some! I just love them and can't wait! The best part is that it seems I can just put them on buna like in your pic here and that's it.

Everyone should treat themselves at tax refund time!!!
